You can have an open bar where your guests can have anything or, you can put a restriction on by only offering our "First Pours", making your bar tab go further. Here is a guide to our prices: Standard Beer like Heineken, Steinlager, Monteiths, Corona - $6.00 - $7.50 First Pour Spirits like Jim Beam, Coruba, Bombay etc all $7.00 House wines - $8.50 - $9.50 RTD's from $7.00 Back Bar & Top Shelf spirits and liqueurs from $7.00 I'd like my 21st at Cubbyhole but I see you're a 21+ bar, can I still have my party with you? Yes. Although a condition is that we ask that your parents stay till the end of your night. Also that you provide us with the names and ages of any guests under 21 and that you inform them to bring suitable ID. This ID must be either: NZ Drivers Licence, NZ Passport or a HANZ/HCC 18+ card. I want my bar tab to go as far as possible, can you subsidise my drinks? No. But we can offer you alternatives to make your bar tab go as far as possible. Is just having beer and wine cheaper and will it make my tab go further? No. What we call our "1st Pour Spirits" are no dearer and in fact, mainly cheaper, than some beer and wine. Just tell us you want your tab for our 1st pours of beer, wine and spirits and that will mean if someone want's the "fancy" stuff, they pay for that themselves! Can I bring my own food or drink? You can provide your own catering if you like or choose something from our catering menu. You and your guests are not permitted to bring alcohol onto our premises and if you do, we will confiscate it and you may be asked to leave. celebration cakes welcomed! If I change my mind and want to cancel my function do I get my hire fee back? No. Your hire charge is non refundable. Can I get in early on the day to put up some balloons and decorate? Yes. But you will have to arrange a time that is suitable to us. Confetti, table glitter and poppers are not allowed in the room. |
